We are based in Balmain and deliver throughout Sydney, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your suburb, please get in touch and we’ll confirm availability.

We understand plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated prior to preparation or dispatch, however same-day orders may not be eligible for cancellation once design has begun.

For private events and corporate functions, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For weddings, we suggest securing your date as early as possible to ensure availability — particularly during peak seasons.

Yes, we have minimum spend requirements for weddings and large-scale event styling. Minimums vary depending on season, location and complexity of design. Please submit an enquiry and we’ll provide tailored information based on your event.

Yes — you’re welcome to collect your order from our Balmain studio during business hours. We’ll provide pickup details once your order is confirmed.

Street parking is available near our Balmain studio. If you're collecting a larger arrangement or event florals, please let us know in advance so we can assist with smooth collection.

Absolutely. While we work primarily with seasonal blooms, we’re happy to accommodate colour palettes and specific flower requests where possible. For custom designs or events, we’ll discuss all styling details during your consultation.
